ITL was founded on a vision of continuously striving for innovation in technologies and logistics. Attention and consideration is given to each aspect of any given project to ensure that the service delivered to clients is all encompassing.  From mobilization to moving between sites, fuel support, equipment support and more, ITL discusses and collaborates internally and with other exploration support providers to determine where economical and logistical efficiencies can be provided to clients.

Further to this point, ITL places value on quality over quantity. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and value working with honest and transparent exploration companies who share similar passions of environmental stewardship, First Nations collaboration, community involvement, and putting the best foot forward to achieve a common goal of discoveries and eventual mine development. 

To promote these values from within, ITL only commits to operating a set number of drill rigs in a given season. Field crews build pride in the product being delivered as they earn a flat day rate. The absence of a meter production bonus incentivizes care and attention to the fine details that promote successful hole completion. Regular equipment inspections, safety assessments, preventative maintenance servicing, consistent hole conditioning, and close monitoring of mud viscosities with are some of the principle tasks that gives ITL the confidence to assure success.
